Product Care & Safety

Candles

Instructions

  • On the first burn, always burn for 2-4 hours depending on the size of the container (9cl minimum of 2 hours, 30 cl minimum of 4 hours).
  • Once extinguished ensure the wick is upright, central and the wick is above the melt pool.
  • Always trim the wick to 5mm before each burn.
  • Avoid touching or moving candles once lit.
  • Cease using the candle when 5mm of wax remains in the container/vessel.

    Safety

    • Only burn candles on a level and heat resistant surface.
    • Do not burn candles on or near anything that can catch fire.
    • Always leave at least 10cm between candles.
    • Never leave a burning candle unattended.
    • Burn candles out of reach of children and pets.

      Wax Melts

      • Remove melt from packaging and place in the burner well.
      • Use with an unscented tea light beneath the well (only use standard size tea lights).
      • Wax melts can be used several times until the scent has reduced.

        Removal of Wax Melts

        • The easiest way to remove used melts is to light the burner and wait a few minutes, blow out the tea light. The wax melt will have loosened from the burner and will slide out easily.  Dispose of wax melt and wipe out any residual wax before adding another melt.

        Safety Warnings

        • Do not add water, just pop a melt in the burner well.
        • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
        • Do not expose to draughts.
        • Do not move whilst lit or leave unattended.
        • Use wax burners on a level surface and do not place on surfaces which can be damaged by wax.

          Diffusers

Remove the plug from the top of the bottle, replace the decorative cap (if applicable), then insert the reeds into the fragrance through the hole. The reeds will draw up the fragrance and begin diffusing it into the atmosphere. It may take up to 24 hours or so before you begin to smell the fragrance in the room, as the fragrance needs a bit of time to saturate the reeds on first use. To increase the scene of your diffuser, flip the reeds over regularly. Be careful not to get the fragrance on surfaces or your skin.

          Safety Warnings

          • Flammable liquid.
          • Do not light reeds.
          • Do not ingest.
          • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
          • People suffering from perfume sensitivity should be cautious when using this product.
          • Use gloves when handling the reeds.
          • Do not place the diffuser directly on polished, painted, plastic or leather surfaces or on electrical equipment, as accidental spillage may cause damage to certain materials.

            Reed Diffuser Refills

Firstly remove the cap carefully from the refill bottle, then remove the decorative cap (if applicable) and reeds from your existing bottle/vessel and pour in the refill. Be careful not to spill the liquid, we suggest this is done over the sink. Once the bottle/vessel has been refilled, replace the decorative cap (if applicable), insert the reeds.  If you are using your existing reeds again we suggest wearing gloves when handling them. When using your existing reeds if the scent reduces i.e. stops diffusing the reeds may need to be switched as over time they can become clogged with fragrance. To increase the scent of your diffuser, flip the reeds over regularly. Be careful not to get the fragrance on surfaces or your skin.
